Before you check out please:
- Strip used linens from beds
- Place all soiled towels in the laundry room
- Leave garbage bags in the waste bins outside the garage
- Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it with detergent

- Turn off all lights, fans, and fireplace
Frequently asked Questions
Q: How can I access the property?
A: Enter the 4 digit pin you received via email from Evolve Vacations at the garage door or kitchen door keypad. The code will also arm/disarm the ADT alarm on the wall at the top of the basement stairs adjacent to the main living room and can be entered on the touch pad there.
Q: Why does the time on my cellphone differ from the clocks in the house?
A: When you visit the West Lake Michigan shoreline, you are very close to the Chicago time-zone line. Phones will often switch over automatically to central time, so double check any appointments and don't always trust your phone time display.
Q: Is there high speed internet?
A: There is high speed WIFI with signal extensions and wireless bridges for the smart TVs. The WIFI network names and password can be found in a wall frame in the main living room.
Q: Can I control the indoor temperature?
A: The house has geothermal heating and cooling with a thermostat located next the ADT security touch screen in the main living area.
Q: How do I turn on the fireplace?
A: To operate the electric fireplace, simply press the button in the upper right corner of the firebox glass. There is also a remote which is kept on top of the mantle.
Q: Can I watch TV using my streaming service subscriptions?
A: Each of the 4 bedrooms has it's own private TV and there is a TV located in the Media Room on the ground floor for larger groups to gather. Remotes are located inside the side table drawers in each of the 4 rooms with TVs. You may login to any of your subscription streaming services (such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc.) and/or smartcast from your cell phone. At the end of your stay, simply hit the reset button on the main menu of the TV to easily logout of all apps.
Q: Is the property pet friendly?
A: We do not currently allow pets. Guide or leader dogs, hearing dogs, or service dogs of guests that meet the identification and training verification requirements of Michigan or federal law are not considered pets and are permitted. Please contact Evolve Vacations if you wish to bring a service dog.
Q: What supplies are provided with the house?
A: We provide our guests with complimentary bedding, bath and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, tea and some basic cleaning supplies.
